From South of LBJ: Take LBJ to the Hwy 121 North exit. Then take the 2499 N/Grapevine Mills Parkway exit. Stay on 2499 N/Grapevine Mills Parkway. It change names to become 2499/Long Prairie Road. Continue to the intersection of 1171/Cross Timbers and turn RIGHT. Parker Square will be on your left. There is a traffic signal and street sign saying 'Parker Square'. Turn left on Parker Square and then left towards parking. FMPAT is in building 800, on the left side of the park.

From North of LBJ: Take I-35 to the 1171/Main Street exit and head West towards Flower Mound. Main Street will change names to become 1171/Cross Timbers Road. Stay on 1171/Cross Timbers until you pass the 'Welcome to Flower Mound' monument sign, and look for Parker Square on your right. Turn right on Parker Square and then left towards parking. FMPAT is in building 800, on the left side of the park.
