SUMMER CAMP
Summer Musical Theatre Production Camp

Summer Camp is a tremendous experience for serious, experienced, and mature young artists. Campers work a full schedule in production of a musical. Professional area music directors and choreographers come in to work with the youth in an exciting, intense few weeks of theatre. Campers will also experience technical theatre, design and management opportunities.

Camp includes full production process, including music, choreography and scene work, as well as workshops in costume and scenic design. Camp openings are extremely limited, and open first to current students, and then to new students each year. Auditions are typically scheduled in February/March of each year.

Auditions
All youth and teen, current or new students, ages 10 – 18 must audition for the camp. Only a limited number of campers will be accepted. Candidates should prepare one song (16 –32 bars), and bring a current photo and resume/bio. Candidates whom cannot audition in person, can submit a VHS or DVD audition tape. Please record the 16 bar song selection on the tape and clearly label it with candidates name and contact information (Name, Parent's Name, Address, Phone #, Email). Also, include a short resume/bio. We will provide you with camp registration information if accepted. Please mail tapes to: FMPAT, Attn: Summer Production Camp, 830 Parker Square, Flower Mound, TX 75028.

Campers will provide their own lunch daily. Campers will also provide their own costume based on a design to be provided.
